EC=Statutory Rape?
I am desperately trying to locate a transcript from an MSNBC story I saw yesterday while at the gym. I was just reading the text at the bottom of the screen. The argument was about the availability of over the counter Emergency Contraception.
Even though study from the University of California-San Francisco demonstrated that the availability of EC did not change the sexual habits of women, this horrid, vapid woman-hating woman made an argument that the availability of EC would cause a great increase in – get this – statutory rape. You know, I couldn’t even make this stuff up! You see, MEN will buy the EC, force young girls to have sex with them, and then force them to take EC. Because, you know, rapists are generally pretty concerned with sort of thing. It’s fear of getting young girls pregnant that’s really holding them back!
